Our Drilling segment is one of the leading global suppliers of integrated drilling systems for onshore and offshore applications. We are inventing the products and solutions for our customers that include shipyards, drilling contractors, exploration and production companies and rental tool companies. Equipment we design and manufacture include blow-out preventers (BOPs), control systems, drilling risers and valves, manifolds and other rig products, parts and services. Because of an increased focus on safety and tighter regulation, Drilling has seen an increase in customers wanting to re- certify BOP stacks or to replace aging equipment.

Job Summary

The Spare Parts Customer Service Representative (CSR), Rig Equipment is responsible to support both external and internal customers, with quotations and sales orders.

Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Spare Parts sales, handle quotes and sales orders for Rig Equipment Spare Parts in Optimus /SAP

  • Responsible for customer relationship for dedicated customers, service, response time, warranty and customer follow-up

  • Responsible for all quotes and documentation sent out from Spare Parts Department is in relation with Cameron policy

  • Make sure the lead time, quotes and sales orders are accurate

  • Effective working relationships with Engineering, Supply Chain, Geo-market’s and Customers

  • Manage or assist with sanctions, as required

  • On-call assistance on weekends with the OnTrac 24 support function, around 1 weekend per month

Minimum Job Qualifications Qualifications & personal attributes

  • Technical education is preferred (Other relevant experience may compensate)

  • Good Computer skills (Experience from SAP or similar is preferred)

  • Job related experience, such as supply chain, technical sales, or mechanical technician or engineering could all be relevant.

  • Technical interest in relevant tools is a requirement

  • Good in English and Norwegian, both oral and written

  • Ability to multitask in a hectic environment

  • Accurate and result-oriented, and a problem-solver

  • Good communication and co-operation skills
