Cameron’s Valves & Measurement
Our V&M segment includes businesses that provide valves and measurement systems primarily used to control, direct and measure the flow of oil and gas – from individual wellheads through flow lines, gathering lines and transmission systems to refineries, petrochemical plants and other fluid processors. V&M’s product line offers many kinds of specialized valves as well as sophisticated measurement products including totalizers, meters and sampling systems. Because many of its products are highly technical, V&M’s marketing effort is supported by a collaboration of engineering specialists.
Job Summary This position is responsible for all aspects of inventory accuracy and will support the warehouse and shipping operations in the plant.The inventory control coordinator will work closely and coordinate with the planning, purchasing, quality, assembly and project management regarding inventory management. This position will also be responsible for inventory audit preparation and execution in addition to standardization of incoming material. The long term goal is to drive the plant to world class warehouse performance.
Support components and finished goods warehouse with inventory management
Inbound freight scheduling
Co-ordinate annual physical count for field warehouses
Cycle count and inventory audit support
Coordinating inventory with all departments
Material reservations, open transfer orders, interim bin management
Lead additional strategic projects are requested by OKC Staff (Odessa Field Warehouse, Cross Training etc.).
Capital and process Improvement projects for receiving, shipping and warehouse processes
Writing and settling AFEs including supporting purchasing capital requests
Minimum Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, or four to six years of proven experience within an inventory/planning environment without a Bachelor's degree will be considered.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge of Oil & Gas Industry products and services and experience base in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in SAP or other MRP software.
APICS certification is a plus.
AutoCad experience a plus.
